Life Group family & friends.
Week 3 of the UnStuck series featured Rich Stearns, President of World Vision. He made several fantastic points, but one stood out to me. He asked if we define our life by our circumstances or by our calling.
What a great challenge or focus question. If our life is defined by circumstances, we will be happy when things are going well and then ride the roller coaster yearly, monthly, weekly, or even daily. But when we are defined by our calling, we will walk in confidence and joy. Since our Creator is all knowing, we can trust Him to see the entire movie of our life and not just the clip we are in today, good or bad.
How is your life defined? How is your marriage defined? Your circumstances will always change. Your God will always remain.
